REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER:
•Design and Apply a control system for the Juice filling machine able to adapt several bottle sizes.
•Machine Steps are divided into several steps such as Bottles Import, UV Screening, Filling Step1, Filling Step2, Covering, Capping.
•Some of the challenges were in machine optimization in terms of cycle time and software adaptation, to have one bottle filled covered and capped in the fastest way to reach 2,600 Bottles per hour on the 250ml size which is an excellent number for a rotary Machine.

•The solution Partner was able to help by implementing a flexible software user-friendly for the operator with the ability to control all machine functionalities using system settings and Password protected access level.
